Leberkäse (Bavarian Meat Loaf)
Cooked & portioned: Our Leberkäse is made according to a traditional Bavarian recipe, cooked gently and carefully portioned. A true classic – not only at the Oktoberfest in Munich.
Chili Con Carne
We prepare this Tex-Mex dish with a lot of meat and round it off with a spicy and zesty sauce. The 2.5 kg bag is perfect for large events, lunch or catering.
Pork Loin
Cooked & portioned: Our pork roast is cooked gently and portioned nearly to a gram using laser technology. This allows us to offer you an optimum basis for calculations without waste and cooking losses.
